Requirements:
Able to exercise discretion and tact with sensitive and confidential situations.
Able to manage multiple priorities and high attention to detail. Someone with superior organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through.
A team player with exceptional customer service orientation as well as the ability to work independently as required.
You actively participate in meetings and ask clarifying questions on work product.
You identify and work to increase the efficiency and quality of work.
Computer literate at the intermediate level, with proficiency in the following software packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe CC is also an asset.
A passion for data science and presentation would be considered a bonus.
Someone with previous project management and bookkeeping experience would be considered an asset.

The project coordinator will provide day-to-day support to the Project Team lead in delivering a broad range of Operational, Project Management and administrative activities that will be a key contributor to the success of the multimedia training products for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Participate in maintaining and delivering best-in-class project management systems and processes to produce reports and provide data as required.
Work closely with the Project Team lead to assist with a variety of project team initiatives, including graphic, video and text content uploading to the learning management system, assist script and graphic translations, and script reviews. Some production assistant-type duties may also be part of the role (on and off set).
Prepare correspondence and various documents such as reports, presentations, meeting agenda and minutes.
Assist with team administrative and operational duties.
Maintain an updated version of the budget for the project, including expense management.
Assist with the creation and implementation of guidelines, standard operating procedures and manuals.
Meet all deadlines and communicate all risks to that goal.
