Avon + Coty deal has fallen apart

With the backing of Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway, Coty made a bid to turnaround ailing Avon. Avon didn't communicate back before the deadline, and the deal is off. In the last 5 years, Avon's stock has halved, some invenestors drawing a correlation with Ms Jung's leadership.
